I haven't been to the dentist in about a year because I had a bad experience with my last dentist and have been very nervous to go back to another.

The staff at Aspen was sincere and extremely nice to me. They explained all the procedures to me and didn't rush me out the door. I was very much at ease and I was completely satisfied when my visit was over. I highly recommend this office and its staff to all my friends and family. I will return to them in the future for any dental work that I may need. Thank you Aspen OKC for everything that you did for me today!

I was overwhelmed by the kindness and caring I received from the entire staff the moment I stepped through Aspen Dental in Ontario, Ohio. I had done a lot of research prior regarding Aspen and "the other guys" and it was a toss up because of good and bad reviews of each. I chose Aspen and prayed it was the right decision. Oh my gosh! It was! YAY!! They have and continue to be wonderful to me when I come in for an appt. I especially applaud a staff member named Becca who was reassuring, caring and so sweet throughout my extractions and denture process. Dr. Patel is fantastic as are the other 2 dentists I met. The business manager is not like a car sales person (which I feared!) but so very down to earth and comfortable to speak with. My experience with Aspen has truly been great so far and I will truly recommend them to friends, even strangers, in the future! I was so ill, suffering from severe gum disease and jaw bone loss. My fear of dental visits was that of epic proportion. Due to an accident, I have had dentures since my mid-twenties. The experience has been heartbreaking, painful, and frustrating, to say the least. I have always had to settle for what the "affordable" places fit people with. Bad fit, bad bite, jaw pain, migraine headaches, messy powders and adhesives were just part of my daily routine. I took a photo in to the office of what I wanted my smile to look like. Dr. Terranova and her staff, especially her artist Roger, worked relentlessly fitting and refitting my teeth until everything was perfect. The color, shape, angle, and placement of the teeth were customized down to the last millimeter, literally. The staff was amazing.

I have dreaded going to the dentist ever since I was a kid. However, I do like having a nice smile and know the importance of regular cleanings. I was between jobs and it had been some time since I had been to the dentist as a result of the job loss and insurance issues. I knew I needed a cleaning. I was visiting family and friends in the Nashville area for a week and they recommended I try Aspen Dental for a cleaning as they had a good experience there in the past. I had lots of free time that week so I made an appointment at the Smyrna Office. I have to tell you I very much enjoyed my visit. The staff was amazing. They were professional, quick and very good at putting me and my anxiety at ease. Everything was explained clearly and I knew exactly what was happening and when. I had x-rays taken of my mouth which were done quickly and painlessly. The office manager was knowledgeable and friendly and explained the procedure and billing clearly. The hygienist was friendly and was very good at explaining everything before it happened. I had such an enjoyable time that I even decided to get my teeth whitened which was a procedure explained during my initial consultation by the office manager. I would recommend this company to anyone as for the first time in my life I actually enjoyed going to the dentist.

I had the majority of my lower teeth pulled June 20 and the next day I was back at work with a new smile and new confidence. The dentist was excellent. She made sure I was completely numb before trying to extract my teeth. It was not a fun procedure, but she was very professional and very concerned for my welfare. She never exceeded my pain tolerance. The dental assistants – Holly and Erin – were like two little angels during The Big Pull. Both asked me several times if I was OK and even held my hand a few times. They were very reassuring during a difficult dental procedure. Jandi, Lynnette, and Wannia all were wonderful.

I had five office visits and never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting area before I heard my name called. That is amazing. This office should be made the standard bearer for the company. These professionals live up to Aspen's promise of a brighter smile. Aspen should be proud of these employees, who work to make it a nice experience for patients. I give them two thumbs up and five stars for their work ethic, their patience, and their chair-side manner. They are second to none in the dental industry. Thank you all for my new smile and my new lease on life.

Aspen Kingston took me in quickly after a broken tooth call but discovered a gum infection.

They treated me quickly. The lady, Rachel, was really proficient at what she does and took her time and was thorough. Needless to say, I was impressed with her level of care. The owner, Dr. Markovitz, also stopped in to check and reassure me with personal attention. Even the billing staff, which I usually do not like, was pleasant and personable. I actually enjoyed paying my bill...well not really, but left in a good mood.

It was awesome.

I was in extreme pain for weeks and had huge anxiety about going to the dentist. I have fear about dental work and the price. Both were conquered. The sedation for the extraction made it worry-free and the friendly service of all the staff made it very comfortable. The price was so right. I will be going to regular visits so that this does not happen again. I uploaded a picture of my brother and me, after the pain was gone!

Dr. Merrell is the most dedicated and wonderful dentist I have ever been to. The exquisite young man that made my smile was exceptional as well. Those two, together with the staff in Spartanburg, are superior in all they do. My self-confidence was given back, along with a wonderful smile. Now I can look someone in the eyes and speak proudly to them. I am forever grateful, and have been truly blessed in finding Aspen and this amazing group of angels. I have been for my first visit and it was great.

The people there were very caring and nice. It made going to the dentist so much easier. I 've had bad times at other places and this was so much different. Thanks to the staff in Easley SC, I'm going back today for a cleaning and Friday for the finish. Thanks to the assistant Lori, you made my visit better.

The manager, Brett Dutton, was very helpful. He worked with me and listened to my concerns. I had a lot of dental work to be done and he made it affordable for me to proceed. This experience made me thankful, they met all of my dental needs.

I'm smiling now – and not just because I CAN!

Aspen Dental has given me wonderful service thus far... I am still in the healing process and won't have my "final set" of dentures for a few months. Even so, my temporary set is beautiful. My teeth had gone from bad to worst since I was a teen, and I was increasingly petrified of going to the dentist...which made matters even worse. As a single mom who has never had dental coverage, it was always more important to make sure my kids were taken care of first anyways. I only went into an office for extractions. It was my own Mother who urged me into Aspen Dental, after my Grandparents referral... I was in tears at the mere thought of finally having my teeth replaced. Every single person I deal with in this office clearly has my best interests at heart, though. They are so gentle, and accomodating in every way – everything from my tight budget to clenched knuckles were eased in minutes. When I go in for an adjustment, my 2 girls love to come in.They chat with Kathy the receptionist, their new 'friend', during my typically brief visit. I could go on forever about how much I love my new teeth, and the awesome people who helped me get my smile back, but the truth is I would like nothing more than for someone like the old me to finish reading this, and set a date to get their smile back, too! I hadn't been to the dentist in yrs...

...because they hurt me. My teeth were in bad shape, did not even feel comfortable smiling, always hid my smile. From my first visit to the most recent one, they have been very memorable. Other than an infected tooth, they never hurt me at all. I'm very impressed with the staff at Elizabethtown Ky...receptionist, very nice person, did what she could to help me. The dental hygienist and the dental assistants made my visits very comfortable and they were very helpful as they worked on my teeth. The dentist, Dr. Newbern...I have never been to a dentist that I have wanted to go back to until I met Dr. Newbern. To make a long story short, he is my dentist for life. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate. I had been to 2 different dentists before, saying they had to pull all of my teeth and full dentures, but Dr. Newbern saved all I had but 6. Now I have partials on top and bottom and I can smile just as pretty as the next person. Thank you to Dr. Newbern and his entire staff at the Elizabethtown, Ky branch. You will be seeing me again, thank you for the pleasant experience.

I wanted to write this to let you know how you have changed my life and helped me. For years I had bad teeth, and a while back you opened a office in Owensboro, KY. I have never had the money to do what your company did for me. I have two kids in college and two at home, and for me, kids and home came first.

I need to tell you what a great bunch of caring people you have here. They made me feel like I was somebody, and I'm just the Joe Next Door who works and takes care of his family. I have always been nervous about visiting the dentist, it was always painful for me. But all the people there really care and it shows.

Your office manager told me what I could do for my smile and what the cost would be. I cannot tell you exactly how I feel, but I FOUND MY SMILE AT ASPEN DENTAL and for that I thank God for you. I feel like a new person, and I have you to thank for that.

I think the Aspen Dental office at 3 Elm Street in Woburn, Mass. is terrific. It is located in an easy to get to area with plenty of parking. Inside, the reception area is attractive and roomy. The front desk person is always very pleasant and efficient. I just have a short wait until my dental hygienist, Paula, comes to get me.

Paula is your real jewel. She always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and she gives me good hygiene and tooth care advice. I have some gum recession and Paula is very careful to avoid zinging this area. In fact, she is the only hygienist I've ever been able to completely relax with. In the hands of other hygienists, I am gripping the arms of the chair, knowing I'm going to be gouged and stabbed and will leave there with gums bleeding. With Paula, I leave with my teeth beautifully cleaned and the whole experience is pain free (no blood!). She truly exemplifies the "Gentle" in dental!
